Kit Rhett Aultman@DoctorDeathray Honestly, I've never gotten grief from the TSA and, when flying, people somehow always default to assuming I'm a woman. The names on my ticket and ID match, my ID photo reasonably matches what I look like now, and I just make sure to tuck well before going into the line so that, if I'm frisked, there aren't surprises. If someone sees the name on the ID and thinks that's not a woman's name, I just say "That's my name," and I don't offer any elaboration.
