@marine @p @PonyPanda @p @p @lunarised people are moving all over rn tbh. Denver and Seattle and San Diego and so many other cities are just as expensive as LA, some more so. People move to like Austin and Phoenix and now those are getting expensive too so they'll move somewhere else

Might as well just go wherever you're comfortable and not care where everyone else goes.
