@GossiTheDog @SwiftOnSecurity I work for a semi-large healthcare org in the midwest for an IT/HR helpdesk with roughly 45-50 of us working tickets in ServiceNow. We were just blindsided last week being told that, not only is the entire site being redesigned to implement new fancy analytical graphs and shiny (Look at me!!) stuff we’ll never use that takes up space, but we now have some fancy AI “Assistant” that we can’t turn off that’s in every ticket. BOOOOOOO!
