@GossiTheDog @SwiftOnSecurity It’s way too clear that not only did this redesign take quite a while to get going, but that NO one got in touch with any of the worker bees to see if they were even going in the right direction at all.
Designed specifically to placate a group of people so far removed from the work itself. And rumor is they want MORE AI stuff baked in, but due to licensing (and $$$) it will take longer. Poor decisions costing loads of money.

@GossiTheDog @SwiftOnSecurity ….and I also know for a fact that all of these new changes were made by our new IT Director, the person who has almost no IT background but has been the board of director’s “yes man” and helped support a lot of the “VIP” Doctors on staff. So, you know how that goes.
EVERYone was completely shocked and immediately asked how to turn all of this stuff off. The answer was “No, we’d like you to use it”. Just a flat out no…

@GossiTheDog @SwiftOnSecurity I work for a semi-large healthcare org in the midwest for an IT/HR helpdesk with roughly 45-50 of us working tickets in ServiceNow. We were just blindsided last week being told that, not only is the entire site being redesigned to implement new fancy analytical graphs and shiny (Look at me!!) stuff we’ll never use that takes up space, but we now have some fancy AI “Assistant” that we can’t turn off that’s in every ticket. BOOOOOOO!
