Jesse@Damon @blogdiva @polotek I just go ahead and quote. My hope is that most people who follow me use apps that support it. My understanding is that official support is on the Mastodon roadmap. I’m pro-quote, and mostly don’t use it for dunking. That said! Bluesky strikes me as a case study supporting the claims of anti-quote people. I love a lot about that place, but it is undeniably dunk-happy, in a way that overall detracts from it, imho.
