California is the only state that's been proactive about doctors and nurses who spread vaccine disinformation. It's such a no brainer for public safety, but only California introduced such a law, and it was defeated.

Absent that law, medical boards generally have to receive patient complaints to initiate an investigation, and cult members don't (want to) realize that doctors like Ladapo are quacks. And most boards are too reactionary to institute new policies.
