This is why boomer bureaucrats are so scared of crazy little guys like Kim or the ayatollahs: they can make a dirty bomb and at the same time show that the global stock of nuclear heads is obsolete.
Politicians rather put that money into gender studies, welfare niggers or whatever the NPCs want to hear, that's their only goal.
