- Embed this notice@djsumdog @icedquinn @gabriel @s8n @toiletpaper the supreme court justification for japanese internment was that the supreme court was not going to contradict the executive branch in the middle of a war that could lead to the death of the free world if lost. I am not really taking a positive position on it because I believe that nothing about japanese internment was necessary to protect america besides being utterly morally contemptible. but the argument is interesting because yeah the court probably should be careful about that.
