I am certainly no legal expert on #Israeli and #Palistinian affairs.
I don't know about the precise processes by which someone living legally in #Israel might become a citizen. Most countries offer procedures by which non-nationals might become naturalized citizens, a prerequisite to obtain voting 🗳 rights. Most countries obviously restrict that flow.
