@Catelli @jpmens That is a problem specific to non-Tesla chargers. Tesla charging auto bills you. No app needed.

There's also the problem where in some US states it's illegal to charge for electricity so you have the be billed for the amount of time your plugged in instead of the amount of electricity consumed.

So it's not like you can go to every charger in the USA and say "I want to top up the tank with 5kW" like "I want to top up the tank with 5 gallons".
