So yeah, maybe 10 is possible in neighborhoods far away from the city center. But your "most expensive city" most not be very expensive if you can buy a nice condo that can house a family (3bdrm minimum) in a good location for less than ~$2M

Miami: 3 bedrooms, minimum 2000sqft, max 4000sqft, near downtown and you're looking at ~$1.25M to $6M
