@sickburnbro@poa.st @BowsacNoodle@poa.st Gonna drop some pointers I've picked up over the years as this post seems to have gotten some traction.
1. Avoid appeals to emotion. "this is mean" is easily dismissed.
2. Numbers, numbers, numbers. "In six scenarios the person used for the negative example is white 5 times, male 4 times". This runs tandem with #1
3. Try to use as much language from the training as possible. "As stated in the training, over representing a certain demographic in a negative light is an example of racism".
4. Remeber, you don't have to believe any of the DEI stuff. You're just using their own language against them.
5. Don't over-sell. Pretend it's a gay op if you have to. You want to be believable.
