"Which transferred more powers to Holyrood" none permanently binding as we now see. "Legally Scotland cannot just call for a binding referendum" But it can vote repeatedly for parties that support independence and be totally ignored. "Labour was on the side of the union last Referendum but they have not been hostile for another bite at the cherry." Aye?
