@meso @Mummabear @Zennblack @creamqueen @raintrees that sounds like bronchitis or pneumonia :( allergies can be the initial problem, but zyrtec is not going to fix this, you need antibiotics. Maybe some generic mucinex to help you cough up all that crap, vitamin c and d to bolster your immune system, probably a ventolin inhaler (also gotta get that from a doctor). Unfortunately you are too sick for grandma's air baths, maybe you have someone at home who could do it for you, while you're out? Idk but you're terribly sick, I am so sorry, it must be hell.

You could also try a generic Afrin inhaler, but those are ghastly, a last resort really. It will open up your sinus, but it completely destroys your throat. If you use it more than three days, one day you'll get the burning fires of hell in your sinus, like you did a fat line of all-fabric bleach. I hate to even mention it because it's so bad, but it sounds like you're suffering so much, even a few hours of being able to breathe through your nose might improve things. Damn.
