@jpaskaruk @blogdiva Income from creative work is so elusive, so hard-won, so fragile, I really feel for writers, artists, musicians, etc who got themselves entangled with Substack, NFTs, whatever the garbage of the moment is.

It is an unfortunate fact of the world that the people who must bear the ongoing cost of disentangling from poisoned systems are the people least able to bear those costs.
