@hosford42 @timthelion Don’t be put off if you don’t get it right the first go, it took me a while. I found if I didn’t cook it right it retained a bit of the sour fermented taste, which was a bit overpowering. Now I love it, I eat it a couple of times a month at least.
Lots of recipes call for marinating it, I’ve not mastered that yet for some reason. Definitely give that a try though.
