@pernia @allison also default emacs bindings aren't retarted they make more or at least sense than vim tbh

the main problem is too much chording (Ctrl + key) that if you use your pinky it causes strain but it's easy to learn to use you're palm for that

also doom emacs by default uses a vim-ish scheme but with a better SPC-based bindings (+vim and some emacs bindnigs)
