Advice for high IQ, high agency people with deeply ingrained morals, and with the experience needed to recognize and avoid ideological landmines, isn't at all useful for anyone who doesn't fulfill all four requirements. Anyone below that threshold (i.e. the vast majority of the population) is going to need various levels of hard firewalling from regime indoctrination.
