@Tony The MAIN reason they need to go to loony bins is to protect the public from violence.

The SECOND reason they should go to loony bins is to protect THEM from the criminal elements on the street who would exploit them.

The THIRD reason they should go to loony bins is that maybe a combination of psychology and drugs can "fix" their mental disorders. I dunno, though, since that field still insists that you can talk people out of being crazy.
