@vriska Yeah, it's in the name which means "Psyche made visible." People think they're finding a brand new way to connect with the world when it seems to me that it's more about revealing the subtle hidden parts of their own psyche that they struggle to find on their own. I have a possibly incorrect hunch that the ego-death people talk about on psychedelics is more like ego-projection since they often report identifying with the environment in a way someone who reaches ego death by meditating or runners high or extreme epic awesomesauceness doesn't.
