@Rasp as a teacher myself i find this situation unsurprising, and would love to know the context. If it's a private school, they got their head so far up their own asses that they think they can say this and not lose a customer. If it's public, they're so immensely burnt out that all they tell you is word salad lol

Not excusing anything of course. It's terrible.
