Amadi Lovelace@GreenSkyOverMe it's an awkward size and shape, and just heavy enough when empty -- let alone when full -- that it would benefit from having wheels which it doesn't have. It's basically the cheapest refuse bin one can buy in a hardware store, but blue, with the city's logo and some info about recycling printed on it.
