For us Filipinos, the English word sounds the same regardless if used within the Filipino language as a loan word, like "computer" is "kom-pyu-ter", so one who doesn't understand a Philippine language can still recognise the English words.
But Koreans, their pronunciation of English words changes when they switch to Korean, suddenly, the pronunciation is following Korean language rules!
I guess that's true loaning the word, adapting it to your own local language rules instead of simply transliterating it.
