@dictatordave non-stick pans are all garbage and I'm staying far far away from Teflon because even one mistake of "oops i let the pan get too hot" or "oops I scratched the coating" and now you're being exposed to some really serious carcinogens, so I only trust quality stainless steel and cast iron for my frying pans

I really don't have issues with stuff "sticking" either
