@Xenophon @Godcast @givenup @norsebaptist I am 100% open to the idea that she wasn't the same people as the ones who were cursed by God. Just as if God cursed America for our wickedness (implying), there would undoubtedly be some good people there who were spared. Jericho is an example as well, with Roab being saved. Joshua cursed the ground there and said "don't rebuild this place it's cursed lol" and yet not that long later we see them rebuild Jericho. Sometimes they mean things in the metaphorical, and sometimes they mean in the literal, and sometimes it's multiple levels at once.
