- Embed this notice@Piss_Ant @Tony @Doll What I've learned from watching YouTube videos where different people from different cultures try other culture's foods, is that regions have different pallets. What is not too salty to an American for example, can be salty to a repellant degree for Africans.
Indian cuisine loves sour tangy and spicy flavors, for people from other cultures like Japan not used to that, it could be way too spicy or sour. So maybe because you have a western palette-it just tastes off to you.
