- Embed this notice@fpcgc @LaylaAlexandrovna I do similar, I have dinner early and am often so busy in the mornings that I'll just rely on hot drinks to get me through to 11 or lunch time. I couldn't tell you if it helps weight loss because its not done in a vacuum. I walk about 12 miles every day atm, so obviously I'm burning up lots of calories too.
But I'll say this, once you get over the initial shock of it, you don't notice the hunger pangs in the same way. It's easy, perhaps too easy if you consider some people take additional suppressants, to get into a routine of "forgetting" to eat once you're in that zone.
