It is a wide length of fabric pleated onto two pieces of waistband, which are tied onto the waist with a yellow ribbon. It is a very full skirt and pretty much indistinguishable from an 18th century petticoat. It's cute and looks fun. She is wearing a black blouse, striped gray socks and a headscarf in addition. There is a bored black cat giving himself a little wash in the background.</a></label><br><video poster="" controls="controls"><source src="https://eldritchcafe.files.fedi.monster/media_attachments/files/111/221/900/729/288/017/original/050efefe283c2a56.mp4" type="video/mp4"></source></video></li><li><label><a rel="external" href="https://gnusocial.jp/attachment/1641575">A much more close up still photo of mostly just the waist and upper half of the skirt from the front. The pleats are roughly 1,5cm in width everywhere except the centre front, where there is a much wider box pleat. The dense and heavy but soft fabric hangs gracefully down from the pleats.
