    I support giving women early seed money to offset the vicious cycle of gender bias killing fundraising potential, but I don't think it's been offered w/o racial bias, & people have, w/some reason, seen it as a quasi arm of Dem party leadership (e.g. its founder, a white IBM heiress, was co-chair of Clinton's lost primary vs Obama) Butler was brought in to re-brand
