It was what I was doing before. It works, but at times, I still get the "this person is too sensitive" or "we're expecting more from you".

So, now, I'm trying a different approach, being open about it. But, looks like it failed badly.

I'll probably do a 50-50 next time. No disclosure unless they start to ask, or really need to already.
