- Embed this noticeI would be interested in meeting George W Bush, and I don't think he's a good person. Something I said the other day on the subject:

Like dude you're not Paul and it doesn't make sense to try and smooth over pagan Indio shamanism and claim it's totally fine because ackshually it's God. Same with encouraging secular governments to recognize gay "civil unions". People will conflate opinions he holds out of compassion as endorsement from the church. I don't feel like what he's doing for the church makes sense, but I don't know his plans or how God will use him.
His liberation theology stuff drives a lot of the points he makes that end up as journalist bait. It's not church doctrine, and as I mentioned in prior post, not what makes or breaks the church.
