Thanks, this is a pretty important bit of context that makes me a bit more hopeful. I highly doubt that the donors to the Biden administration will allow him to let the NLBR get away with this. Biden bent over backward to accommodate the rail industry bosses and force the rail workers to go back to work in spite of the catastrophically dangerous working conditions. There is no way he will allow this ruling to stand.
But for the time being, as I understand it, this will make organization between separate unions much easier, and I hope the unions take advantage of this while they can.
