They built the place near/above a giant salt mine, which they use its contents in the preserving and processing of the peppers and such. I also got a tiny Tabasco bottle, which was cool. Haha.<br>Almost as weird were the Tabasco-flavored chips and Tabasco-flavored ice cream they had in the gift shop.
