It's a family-owned and operated business and on the tour you can see actual humans applying the caps to the bottles at a leisurely pace instead of a bunch of machines doing it at superhuman speeds. Yet, somehow, we get Tabasco bottles in the most obscure places in the world, like Japan and rural villages in Indonesia.
