My engineering department has been reduced to a bunch of college new-hires with less than two years experience trained by people with less than two years of experience who have already left.
And Sr. Mgt. wonders why we are seeing so many quality problems. Or they know but dare not say it out loud.
Now they are handing out promotions like candy trying to fix it, albeit 5 years too late, but I've gotten my cut so I'll stay for now.
