Work Pharma rep, I mean the work medical director, sent out an email today about 'the new normal' with the new covid season upon us.
He then listed out all the policies no longer in place at work for some reason but told people they should get their home testing kits and self-report if they test positive going forward, get ready to take any vax (flu, new mystery shot, whatever) offered coming up the next few months.

Nobody wants to do real work anymore because real work doesn’t pay anymore. If I were to show up at a job interview where the position involves being in the trenches, so to speak, and I raise this question:
“What’s the pay like? Express it in terms of houses, cars, and wives.”
I would either not get an answer at all, or the answer would be something like: “You get a 1br apartment that’s in disrepair, you ride the bus, and an ugly gf who cheats on you.”
So. Why bother? No wonder zoomer men focus exclusively on their next xanny bar. There’s nothing to work for.

My engineering department has been reduced to a bunch of college new-hires with less than two years experience trained by people with less than two years of experience who have already left.
And Sr. Mgt. wonders why we are seeing so many quality problems. Or they know but dare not say it out loud.
Now they are handing out promotions like candy trying to fix it, albeit 5 years too late, but I've gotten my cut so I'll stay for now.

Perhaps, if nothing changes other than this slow decent into hell.
But if the fourth turning holds we are due for a total war type situation and it's the only way out I can see, terrible as it may be.

Well, the thing is, commies are in a constant, uphill battle against reality itself. As it stands, employers are unwilling to pay the equilibrium price for real work, and so real just doesn’t get done. The goal of the commies is to reduce men to third world conditions and then blame them for it, but that’s not really viable because even soyed out fags have the upper body strength to pull the trigger on an AR-15, and there aren’t enough FBI SWAT teams to keep a lid on that if even 1% of the fighting age male population wigs out. So they’re forced to keep issuing handouts to these men in various obfuscated forms like COVIDbux and sinecure diversity positions in the “engineering office.” But that just causes inflation, so they try to use interest rates as a countervailing measure to that.
I can go on and on like this all night. American cultural Marxism, like all other forms of Marxism, is really just a very elaborate grift to kick the can down the road in perpetuity. But it always implodes on itself, and that’s when we get our opportunity to start really correcting things. I don’t even think it’s that far off in America’s case.
I mean. They’re trying COVID shutdowns again. Do you think that shit will work a second time?

Well, FourOh nailed it. At best, it will work to a lesser extent. Right now we have Japanese people ripping down pride flags at stores and blasting up the shopkeep. If they double down on COVID and try to enforce anything with respect to it, we’re going to see some action that makes J6 and BLM riots look like a petition to Congress.
