@Tony @Hoss @roboneko @merchantHelios they've been handing out clean needles to people forever. that doesn't stop shit. a junkie who has 10 needles in their kit isn't going to get up and go to the outreach to get clean needles when they have 10 they can use on hand. needle tips bend and warp every time you use them so some of those needles probably have tips that are microscopically sideways but those people don't care
