Chefs Catch@GettingCooked @Bunnyslope @Johncdvorak Not exactly. The blades connected to the hub can turn as soon as they are properly installed. Generally when we install the hub and blades, they are locked until many other stages are complete. But the turbine does not require power for the blades to spin, or to start them turning. There may be models of turbine I am not familiar with that do it way, but I have never seen or heard of them.
