@BowsacNoodle@poa.st I've heard tales of the USA and its system is indeed atrocious. Decades of corruption at the top left the current generation in a pit. And still, at this very moment, there seems no movement to get rid of the corruption and make life better for the average person. This is why I consider it a shithole that you should move out of, or fight to improve. Those are your choices, especially if you want to leave it in a better shape for the generation that comes after you.

And for what its worth, I've met several USA citizens who moved out. Some even had the overseas company pay for their move, but this does require you to be skilled at something. It's fairly doable in IT for instance, where the bar is ridiculously low for entry, and companies are always on the lookout for actual quality people. If you have nothing to offer an employer, he won't be interested in paying any money for your work.
