@Frondeur @Dan_Hulson @CatLord I don't know, read up on it and eyeball it. I'm not into supplements yet.
Definitely would be cautious over 5X daily dose every day, that's all i wanted to say. Metabolic problems aren't solved faster if you hit them harder, that's a long term project.
