Doesn't excuse the poor judgement when it comes to rating that movie though. There are some things that kids just shouldn't be exposed to. You can't really argue that shark attacks are frequent enough to be inevitable. And if (general) you think that it's necessary to traumatize kids in order to keep them safe (especially for something as rare as a shark attack) then you shouldn't be a parent.
