    @BowsacNoodle @Tactical @Xenophon @BigDuck @Boomerman @DEERBLOOD @Owl @wgiwf I think the Third Reich was the first to implement some work-related policies, like PTO and even lunch-breaks. Though, the "government approval" part might be a deal-breaker, tantamount to one of the definitions of socialism (here, the definition being "the government takes care of you"). Circumstances determined how things were back then, though, which reminds me of someone back on deviantART, whom I remember saying that Hitler's leadership would have shifted from tyranny toward liberty after the war. Who is to say that during that period of liberty that the government would ease up on regulating part-time jobs? We'll never know...
