@sj_zero I'm pro union, but more pro-ownership and co-op. Profit sharing would be a good motivation and also fix a lot of the disparity with CEOs making 1000x their line worker wages. Encourage corporations to use stock equity investments as compensation with amplified tax benefits. It's far less disconnected and cog-in-the-machine feeling when you see the stock price go up and know that you became a bit wealthier in the process.
