Legal defense funds for people who lose their jobs because of "woke" politics. Could be for all sorts, leftists and conservatives and not just "Nazis"

He could fund independent films or books without globohomo brainwashing in them.

He could create a sort of mentorship program that helps collect the knowledge of boomers and to pair them up with young guys to teach them. Again, could be for all races, but of course White guys (and Asians) will be the ones most interested.

I could go on, but there are so many very MILQUETOAST organizations he could create that would indirectly or directly aid White people without explicitly being a "pro-White neo-Nazi kill all kikes race war now" sort of thing.
