@vriska @Moon Seeing Chinese versions of American cuisine is pretty cool, too. A youtube channel I watch, Chinese Cooking Demystified, sometimes shows some of it. There's stuff like well done steak with ketchup - an American delicacy - and fried spaghetti, which iirc also used ketchup. Tonnes of spam in American dishes, too, even their McDonalds have stuff like spam and oreo burgers.
