Christ says “nations” and “people” and “flesh” and so on at different times. What’s clear is the all-inclusiveness of it, hence the use of the word “all.” This is why I bring up how it isn’t a cherry picked verse but a recurring theme. This idea that “all” only includes things previously mentioned is like saying that the claim that Christ will revive all flesh doesn’t apply to those who haven’t been born yet.
