@SuperLutheran @Wisconsin_Kraut @Umlaut @confederatehobo I like the mixed armor type. There's no need to have every single portion covered in plate, but I want my neck and important vitals covered. Also want to minimize bite-zones. There's also the very real possibility of people getting infected while fighting, so I think having something that can still be hit by a crossbow bolt or whatever might be useful. Another concern is uninfected enemies, particularly those who have good fortifications and start using zombie-lure cavalry to setup raids against other survivors. I'm quite sure that would happen eventually.
