Any truly "anonymous" board can't be allowed to exist, because that's where people's real thoughts about the state of the world come out and they find they're not alone. So the usual actors come in and spam illegal things and get it shut down, then it comes back but with "jannies" who "moderate" the content, and half the users leave, while the remaining half are neutered.
