Seb@Polychrome @bartholin I disagree. I need to keep transaction data for 5 years for tax reasons after that I'm recommended to delete it for privacy reasons. Even in healthcare it's not uncommon to delete patient data after a person has been diseased for over 10 years. I only anonymize data for the study / research value. Ubisoft is thinking in similar terms for good reason. After 4 years and refusing to login, they assume you're no longer their customer or maybe dead.
