Here's few ideas:
- Making it more well-known that their standard would prevent anti-malware on the web (adblockers being quite close to being anti-viruses)
- Support an anti-trust against Google
- Make interoperability requirements stronger or reduce the scope where DRM as a set of laws applies. For example Accessibility is already an exception in EU.

Last one being also quite important because it would at least means that you could legally write means to workaround the DRM without having to rely on sneaky and hardly efficient ways like libdvdcss does.
